Late-night return, fixed pickup
Getting back from a club at closing time is the weak point of most nights in the north-east: signal drops, apps show nothing, taxis are taken. The return is arranged before the night begins — a named driver, a fixed pickup point agreed in advance and a direct number that works when the apps do not.
