The mediterranean-collage villa

FlexibleNorth-East

Luigi Vietti set the Costa Smeralda's original architectural language in the 1960s: whitewashed volumes, terracotta roofs, arches and juniper-wood detailing, massed irregularly so a villa reads like a small settlement rather than one building. Most of what people picture when they picture a 'Costa Smeralda villa' is this style.

We shortlist properties built in this register when it is what you are picturing, and explain plainly where a listing only partly fits it.

What we coordinate

Shortlist filtered for the mediterranean-collage register specifically, not just 'villa'

Materials and massing flagged honestly where a listing only partly fits the style

Viewing or virtual walkthrough arranged before you commit
