Wine cellar stocking for the villa

A stay drinks differently when the wine is already there. We stock the villa before you land — Vermentino di Gallura, Cannonau, a few bottles from elsewhere on the island, something cold for arrival — based on a short exchange about what you actually drink. Restocks follow consumption rather than a schedule, and bottles you discover during the stay can be added.
